This is the personal website of Clay Collins ("I", "me"), available at claycollins.io. This policy describes what information is collected when you use this site and how it's handled.

Information I collect

• Email address. If you subscribe to my announcements list, I collect the email address you provide. That's the only information the signup form asks for.
• Basic technical data. Like most websites, the server may log standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used only to operate and secure the site.

How your email is used

Your email address is used for one purpose: sending you occasional announcements about what I'm working on. I don't sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for their marketing purposes. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.

Service providers

The announcements list is managed through Drip, an email service provider, which stores subscriber emails on my behalf. If you book a call with me, scheduling is handled by Cal.com. Each provider processes your data under its own privacy policy.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Third-party services (such as the scheduling page) may set their own cookies when you use them.

Data retention and your rights

Subscriber emails are kept until you unsubscribe or ask to be removed. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by replying to any email from the list or contacting me onX.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
